The WMRC 2023 Congress Secretariat (International Conference Services, Ltd.) is the official housing bureau and will offer assistance with the coordination of housing requirements for the Congress. Special room rates have been negotiated and will be available to WMRC 2023 attendees only.
The success of the WMRC 2023 depends on delegates, sponsors, and exhibitors using the official Congress accommodation by booking through the official housing bureau. WMRC 2023 cannot meet contracted room obligations if registrants reserve rooms outside the official hotel or book hotels through channels other than the official housing bureau. Rooms that are not filled through the official housing bureau create an expense for Congress in the form of financial penalties (attrition fees) and place the financial success of Congress at risk.
For the WMRC 2023 Congress, a limited number of guestrooms at ss Rotterdam hotel, the Congress venue, will be offered to registered delegates at a discounted rate. You must register for the Congress before you can book your accommodation. Please do not contact the Hotel or make a reservation directly with them.

Booking Deadline: The booking deadline is 13 June 2023. Rooms are subject to availability. Rooms may be sold out prior to this date.
Shuttle Service for Hotel Guests of the ss Rotterdam
On Sunday 18 June the shuttle will be available on-demand the entire day from 08:30 am – 7:30 pm.
On Monday 19 and Tuesday 20 June, the shuttle will be available from 8am – 11:30 am and from 3pm – 7:30 pm.
The shuttle operates between the metro station Rijnhaven and ss Rotterdam, and the guests can call +316 2502 6961 whenever they would like to use the service.
A credit card is mandatory for every reservation and must have an expiration date on or after July 2023. The Hotel may charge the non-refundable, full stay to the credit card after the cut-off date. If the credit card is invalid, the reservation may be cancelled.
Cancellations and reductions in room nights must be made no later than 13 June 2023 in order to avoid a penalty charge equal to the full stay. Cancellations and reductions in room nights after 13 June 2023 will result in all room nights being charged to the credit card on file. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. In the unlikely event that the Congress is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
Rooms can only be booked via the booking link provided after the completion of your registration.
WARNING: Please beware of housing piracy companies. They contact delegates/ sponsors to book rooms through their channels and are claiming that they control the rooms for the Congress. They do not. These companies charge non-refundable deposits from the moment you book their rooms; thus, making it impossible for delegates to cancel their reservations. In some situations, rooms are not booked but payment has been taken.
