Please note: Registration fees are exclusive of 21% VAT. Taxes will be added at the time of payment during your registration.
Registration cancellations received via email at the WMRC 2023 Secretariat’s address by 30 April 2023 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a EUR 85 + VAT administrative fee, as per Event's policy. Cancellations received after 30 April 2023 will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted by re-accessing the original delegate’s registration via the confirmation letter and replacing with the new delegate. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Congress.
In the unlikely event that the Congress is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
